Hi-protien diet coupled with cardio for 40 minutes & weight trainging for atleast 3-5 times a week. Avoid sweets, choclates, fatty food, junk food, soft drinks, night meals.
Walk, run, jog, use stairs, walk to office, swim the drain,
climb the tree,sit straight, sit crooked, push ups, pull ups, single bar, double bar, parallel bar, perpendiuclar bar, pendulum, uranaium blah blah blah which will avoid/ burn down calories.
Second -
Forget it and chill thinking that
