Yay!

Sehwag !

Great work Sehwag and Dravid.

Kudos to Dravid for the sheer adjustment of playing opening stand. Ganguly just left a bad taste in my mouth...... I always respected him for his care-a-damn attitude, but this time I dont know what was his problem.....

Kudos to Sehwag for playing like a dream.....

5th day will be a cakewalk for a draw......

Yeah Sehwag and Dravid have played exceedingly well. However, I still don't have enough faith in Sehwag's batting in the Test arena :-)
Dravid, of course, is a class act.

About Ganguly, I am not sure why too much of fuss is being made about him not opening. Even if he had opened, in all probability, Dravid would have been out in the middle within the first 5 overs.
:-))))
All this coming from an ardent Ganguly supporter...so you can actually skip questioning the logic behind my statements. Hahaha.

Yes I even was totally FOR Ganguly....When ever India lost, he didnt say "we batted , bowled and fielded badly" and just get away......The failure actually affected him....He felt for the team....But it is a very bad time for him...But this "opening act" has actually made him really unpopular.

Are the details clear on the opening act? I might want to give Ganguly the benefit of doubt here...maybe he also volunteered to open, but Dravid decided to do it anyway taking into account the skill levels of both of them.

But that doesnt absolve Ganguly from his other flaws/follies. His avg of 40 is mediocre at best...and most probably Yuvraj/Kaif would also end up as 40+ avgers. But they bring in the fielding factor, which Ganguly lacks (despite his breathtaking catch!), and it is for this reason that he shouldnt be in the team.

Anyway, the whole series just rests on one man's performance - Dravid. If he does well, India will win. If he doesnt, India won't. Simple. That is how Indian cricket has been since his debut, and more so for the past 5 years. So, I say it doesnt matter who the other 10 in the team are. :P

Well, I do agree with some of the facts.
But it is a TEAM :-)
Everybody does his part.

Dravid is certainly making a big difference to the team....I really thot he was not AS good as tendulkar.....SOmetime ago, this was true....

But now, Dravid looks pretty solid and reliable than ever! Really he played a good anchor role to Sehwag...
