I dont know the reason behing teh sale. But definitely not good to sell MTR. no No.. not good.
Maga, only the packed food and ready-to-eat things are being acquired by McCormick and it will get branded as McTR anthe....But the heritage hotel and the bakeries will continue to be held by MTR....But as you have sdaid, there will be a cultural impact :-)
